Engagement fees vary based on scope, team size, and duration. Packaged solutions start at 8,000. Custom strategic engagements are scoped individually. We always provide a fixed-fee proposal — no hourly billing surprises. We also offer success-based components tied to measurable outcomes.
How quickly can you start?
Most engagements kick off within 48–72 hours of agreement. We don't have long onboarding queues. Your dedicated consultant is briefed and ready to begin immediately after contract signature.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Most engagements blend remote strategy work with targeted on-site visits for diagnostics, workshops, and key milestones. We travel to your location as needed — included in the engagement fee.

How do you measure success?
Every engagement begins by defining two to five measurable outcomes tied to your business goals — revenue growth, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, or other KPIs. We track and report on these weekly throughout the engagement and for 90 days post-completion.
What if we're not satisfied with the work?
We stand behind our work with a results guarantee. If defined milestones are not met by agreed timelines, we continue working at no additional charge until they are. We have never walked away from a client without delivering the agreed outcome.
